Appointments and Cancellation Policy

At Soteria your scheduled appointment is very important to us and time is allotted especially for you. We request at least 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. Any cancelation or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be charged up to 75% of service. Cancellations must be given to front desk personnel over the phone, or a voicemail may be left after business hours.

We reserve the right to charge for any appointments missed without notice. No shows will be charged 100% of service. Clients with two consecutive cancellations will no longer be booked. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment will begin at arrival and end at the scheduled time.

If you are unable to make your appointment and do not notify us you will be billed for 100% of your service.
